Tasks
- Lead and coach a team to ensure technical proficiency and exceptional service delivery
- Support the development of team members and address team concerns
- Manage escalations and update stakeholders
- Assess and improve team performance
- Advise on process improvements
- Provide technical guidance and support for personal computing and printing products
- Explain product benefits and regulations
- Manage technical issues and collaborate with various resources
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering field or computer science
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in computer and printing technologies including hardware software operating systems and networking
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking organization teamwork troubleshooting and problemsolving
- Strong people skills focused on developing other team members
- Driven and capable of working independently
- Motivated to learn and seek professional development
- Ideally with previous experience leading a team
