Job Overview:
The Administration Support Officer plays a vital role in facilitating the smooth operation of administrative tasks within an organization. They are responsible for various aspects including admissions/onboarding student progression managing phone calls and enquiries and report management. This role requires meticulous attention to detail excellent organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
Job Description:
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide guidance and support to applicants and new entrants addressing inquiries and facilitating a smooth transition into the organization.
Maintain accurate records of student progress including attendance grades and other relevant information.
Work closely with academic staff to monitor and track student performance identifying areas for improvement or intervention.
Respond to general inquiries and provide information regarding admissions processes student services and other relevant topics.
Compile organize and maintain various reports related to admissions student progression and administrative activities.
Requirements
Ability to communicate and cooperate with team members from varied backgrounds and levels of expertise.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and plan manage project tasks and meet deadlines within a complex and changing environment.
Sound written communication skills with experience in the preparation of professional correspondence
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
