Job Description

About the Company:

Our client was restructured from several supply chain service related subsidiaries of XMXYG CORPORATION and went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in August 2011. The company's main business is supply chain management and logistics services, logistics platform development and operation.
Resources: Commodity procurement and supply business mainly feature plastic chemicals, metal minerals, agricultural products, forest products and mechanical and electrical products, such as five general resins, EVA, fish meal, whey powder, palm oil, latex, steel, non-ferrous metals, automobiles, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the relevant document of business departments, accomplish the whole chain tracking of business, including business initiation approval, process tracking, feedback and settlement work, etc.;
  • Responsible for the production, circulation, recycling, sorting and filing of business contracts and documents;
  • Responsible for the input and circulation of data in each process of the trade system, and the production of various related reports;
  • Responsible for communication, early warning and connection with internal and external personnel in the department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, related majors are preferred;
  • 2+ years of work experience in Trade documents, and experience in nickel mine operation is preferred;
  • Fluent to communicate in Chinese, and English are preferred
  • Ability to working seriously and meticulous, practical and willing to work, strong sense of responsibility, and certain resistance to pressure;
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
  • Proficient in the operation of office software such as Excel and Word.
