How Youll Make an Impact

  • Aligns the regional HR activities with the business requirements across Qatar Kuwait and Oman.
  • Collaborates with Human Resources Business Partners and Center of Competence to execute projects.
  • Maintains indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to daytoday management of employees reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Ensures that the organization benefits from overall HR corporate programs and services including but not limited to recruiting talent development performance management and shared services.
  • Sets up and executes regional HR projects.
  • Supports employee relations initiatives and investigations.
  • Supports the structure and processes related to employee evaluations merit and succession planning.
  • Assists employees to resolve issues and answer questions related to policies HR initiatives pay and benefits.
  • Partners with SR HR Business Partners to create HR strategies that help move the business forward and address any issues.

What You Bring

  • Minimum Bachelor in subjects as Human Resources business administration management law or psychology etc.
  • 58year experience as HR generalist in multinational organization and matrix organization.
  • Very good Englishspeaking skills
  • Knowledge of the local Labour Code and legislative framework related to employeeemployer relationships.
  • Thorough understanding of HR practices including HR IT tools and systems compensation and benefits performance management and talent development.
  • International experience is a plus.
