Responsibilities:
- As a Process Engineer in our chemical company you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency safety and reliability of our manufacturing processes.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams you will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing chemical processes to meet production goals and regulatory standards.
- Your duties will include conducting process simulations performing equipment sizing and selection troubleshooting operational issues and recommending process improvements.
- Additionally you will contribute to process hazard analyses environmental compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive innovation and excellence in our manufacturing operations.
- Proposes Continuous Improvement actions with regards to the site performance improvement initiatives
Expected Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Process Engineer in the chemical manufacturing industry with a minimum of three 3 years of relevant experience.
- Indepth knowledge of chemical engineering principles process design and unit operations.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations environmental compliance standards and industry best practices.
- Experience in process optimization troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
