Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Data Scientist . As a Senior Data Scientist you will be responsible for leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to extract insights drive business decisions and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and mentor junior data scientists to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Strategy and Roadmap:

   • Lead the development of data science strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
   • Identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

2. Advanced Analytics and Modeling:

   • Design and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
   • Develop predictive models recommendation systems and optimization algorithms to improve business outcomes.

3. Data Exploration and Visualization:

   • Perform exploratory data analysis to understand data patterns trends and correlations.
   • Create informative visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.

4. Data Engineering and Infrastructure:

   • Collaborate with data engineers to design and optimize data pipelines for efficient data processing and analysis.
   • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.

5. Crossfunctional Collaboration:

   • Partner with product engineering and business teams to integrate datadriven insights into product development and decisionmaking processes.
   • Provide datadriven recommendations and insights to support strategic initiatives.

6. Mentorship and Leadership:

   • Mentor and coach junior data scientists providing guidance on technical skills and professional development.
   • Lead by example fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous learning within the data science team.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or related field.
• years of experience in data science or related roles with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
• Expertise in machine learning statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R as well as familiarity with SQL and big data technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Leadership experience with the ability to lead projects mentor team members and drive results in a collaborative environment.
