Job Title: Sales Manager Mortgage (DSA Channel)

Location: Gurugram India

Experience: Minimum 4 years in Mortgage Sales preferably through DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel

CTC: Up to 12 LPA

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies through the DSA channel.
• Recruit train and manage DSA partners to achieve sales targets.
• Foster strong relationships with DSA partners and provide ongoing support.
• Identify and pursue new DSA partnerships to expand market reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and support for DSA partners.
• Monitor DSA performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies within the DSA channel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in mortgage sales with a focus on DSA channel.
• Proven track record of success in managing DSA partnerships and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
• Indepth knowledge of mortgage products market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
