Job Title: Sales Manager Mortgage (DSA Channel)
Location: Gurugram India
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Mortgage Sales preferably through DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel
CTC: Up to 12 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies through the DSA channel.
- Recruit train and manage DSA partners to achieve sales targets.
- Foster strong relationships with DSA partners and provide ongoing support.
- Identify and pursue new DSA partnerships to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and support for DSA partners.
- Monitor DSA performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies within the DSA channel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in mortgage sales with a focus on DSA channel.
- Proven track record of success in managing DSA partnerships and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Indepth knowledge of mortgage products market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
