- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products services and policies.
- Assist customers with placing orders processing returns and resolving product or servicerelated issues.
- Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products services and promotions to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals including call handling metrics customer satisfaction scores and sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to improve processes share best practices and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a clear and professional phone demeanor.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
