RN Telemetry

This is a 12hour shift three days each week with the shift schedule being from 18:3007:00 total of 36 hours per week. RN Telemetry with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification The National Institutes of Health (NIH) along with 2 professional references. The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $50.49/hr encompassing a taxable component of $41.66/hr along with a per diem of $8.83/hr. Non Local Reward: $6.70/hr. Work Location: 1923 S Utica Avenue Tulsa OK 74104 . Local Rates (Below 50 Miles): $40.39/hr.

This is a 28 bed cardiac telemetry unit caring for all cardiac needs including post op care. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:46. The unit is also supported by PCTs and a Healthcare unit coordinator. Utilization of virtual sitter monitoring is available as well as monitor techs to monitor those on telemetry. This is a Level II trauma center serving a population of all ages. The nurses work together in teams and are supported by PCTs and a unit secretary.

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
