Position Title: Communications Liaison

Job Summary:
The Communications Liaison will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating communication efforts within the organization and with external stakeholders. This individual will ensure clear consistent and effective communication across various platforms and channels supporting the company’s strategic objectives and enhancing its public image.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Communications:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather and disseminate information.
- Write and distribute internal newsletters memos and updates.
- Organize and support internal events meetings and training sessions.
- External Communications:
- Assist in crafting and distributing press releases newsletters and other publicfacing documents.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
- Act as a point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate responses.
- Support the development of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and community organizations.
- Assist in organizing and managing events such as press conferences trade shows and community outreach programs.
- Crisis Communication:
- Assist in the development and execution of crisis communication plans.
- Provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders during crisis situations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
