Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. This role requires excellent communication skills a high level of organizational ability and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Maintain the reception area keeping it clean and presentable.
- Receive sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and conferences.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry photocopying and filing.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Handson experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
