Telecller

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our customer support team. The primary responsibility of the Telecaller is to handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with their queries provide product information and ensure a smooth shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a friendly attitude and a strong customer service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders products and services.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about products promotions and services.
• Assist customers with order placement tracking cancellations and returns.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
• Keep records of customer interactions and update customer accounts.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide seamless customer support.
• Meet daily weekly and monthly targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Telecaller Customer Service Representative or similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in insert languages.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and a customerfocused approach.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
