Target Compensation: 300000 plus bonus

Bonus Opportunity: 30% when gross receipts exceed 3x salary

Support Staff: support for 2 surgeons in our ASC everyday Monday through Friday

Hospital Call: 10 or so weeks per year

MDs on Staff: 68

ODs on Staff: 7

OD – patient per day expectation: 3040

Refractive Surgery Lasik: minimal but would be great opportunity for someone trained

Laser O.R.: SelectaDuet laser 704 YAGS and 142 SLTs in 2023
