At WebMobTech As a Business Analyst cum Project Coordinator is responsible to manage project implementation end to end throughout the project life cycle including but not limited to requirements gathering design & development testing deployment and post implementation and subsequently into the system maintenance activities. The candidate is expected to work hand in hand with project team members and users so as to support operation continuity and business growth.

In addition the candidate is to contribute towards all nonproject initiatives such as IT Process Improvement and other QArelated activities. Work closely with users and team leaders within IT to define business needs and objectives of new application system development or enhancement to existing.
Responsibilities:

Review and advise in planning directing controlling safe guarding risk evaluation budgeting feasibility study development maintenance and implementation of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities

Act as a Business Analyst lead role to assign work and guide the team of Business analysts in completing project tasks during each SDLC phase.

Prepare RFP assess vendor proposals and recommend solution which is best met business needs and objectives

Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.

Define project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with executive management.

Develop project plans and schedule.

Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.

Communicate with customers on an ongoing basis.

Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and customers.

Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Requirements & Skills:

Must have proficiency in web and mobile development projects.

Must have knowledge of technical coding standards and logic to solve any queries of developers.

Strong industry level experience in verbal written communication.

Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies Agile SCRUM SDLC/Waterfall.
