Job Roll :

Outbound Calls:

• Conduct outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities and secondary data sources.
• Schedule site visits with prospective customers to showcase our properties.
• Inbound Calls:
• Handle inbound calls from prospective customers providing information about our projects.
• Assist in scheduling site visits and appointments as per customer inquiries.Other responsibilities:
• Ensure a maximum number of appointments are made each month.

• Provide a maximum number of appointments to the sales executives ensuring their productivity.

• Maintain the quality of appointments provided to the sales team
• Maintain lead management tools and ensure a smooth process for lead flow
• Coordinate regularly with the marketing team and sales team.
• Strong reporting skills.
