Job Description
- To monitor all kitchen-related costs and recommend changes to seniors.
- To ensure that outlet kitchen staff adheres to food safety policies and procedures.
- To monitor food standards in his kitchen.
- To coordinate the stewarding requirement of the kitchen if required.
- To assist in the development of product specifications for all menus.
