Job Description

  • Generate reports using companyprovided tools and software.
  • Review intercompany agreements understand their content and make changes as instructed by the Tax team.
  • Fill out forms accurately and efficiently when required.
  • Create contract documents based on provided templates and guidelines.
  • Assist with other manual reviews of data and documentation as assigned.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized records of completed tasks and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Ability to understand and follow guidelines provided by the Tax team.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with tax compliance and intercompany agreements is a plus but not required.
  • Flexibility to work overlapping hours with the US time zone.

Experience in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI The ability to articulate complex business problems with clarity and precision, turning chaos into clarity with ease. Experience in retail analytics. Proficient in customer analytics methodologies including CRM and loyalty program analysis, with a focus on enhancing customer engagement and retention strategies. A proven track record of leading a team of talented analysts, empowering them to unleash their full potential and make a tangible impact on our business. Strong interpersonal skills and a team captain.
