Key Responsibilities
Plan and Execute Engaging Activities: Design and implement highimpact events (think teambuilding social gatherings and wellness initiatives) that align with our company culture and keep employees happy and motivated.
Champion Diversity and Inclusion: Develop and oversee programs that create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all employees.
Manage Rewards and Recognition: Oversee the daily operations of our R&R program ensuring timely recognition and reward distribution.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Conduct regular employee surveys and stay uptodate on industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Internal Communications & Content Strategist: creates and delivers informative and engaging content across various channels to keep employees connected informed and enthusiastic about the company culture programs and benefits.
Build Relationships: Collaborate with team leaders across departments to understand needs and tailor engagement efforts accordingly.
Be an Engaged Ambassador: Act as a culture champion building strong relationships with employees and addressing their concerns.
Analyze and Adapt: Make datadriven recommendations to improve engagement initiatives continuously and ensure they align with organizational goals.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Psychology or a related field.
13 years of experience as an Employee Engagement Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of employee engagement practices and trends.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in using data to measure engagement success.
Creative and enthusiastic about building a positive work environment.
