Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic ADAS Outside Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth build strong client relationships and promote our ADAS solutions to local collision centers. This individual should have an automotive or collision background coupled with sales experience and/or relationships with shops in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local collision centers and automotive shops.
- Identify and engage potential customers through onsite sales calls and marketing.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Present our comprehensive ADAS solutions to prospective collision centers and automotive shops.
- Provide accurate cost calculations and communicate our service value to potential clients.
- Obtain referrals and develop a potential customer pipeline.
- Set and keep appointments establish short and longterm performance goals and prioritize daily work activities.
- Analyze and summarize data and report objectives and activities to management.
- Stay current on ADAS technology and market trends.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing preferably in the automotive collision or ADAS industry.
- Strong understanding of ADAS technology and market trends preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the local market is required with occasional travel to other locations for company meetings or training.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Must have a valid driver s license and be able to pass preemployment screenings (background and drug tests).
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to analyze and summarize data effectively.
- Strategic planning and prioritization of daily work activities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
