Site Planning Designer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of site installation drawings of medical equipment in Autodesk AutoCAD for multiple modalities. Drawings based on the technical requirements workflow needs local specifications and other provided documentation
  

• Independent resolution of issues using established procedures. Consulting supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters
  

• Communication with peers (other Designers and Modality Leaders) and customers (Project Managers of Installation) to ensure finding the right solution and resolving issues in a smooth and efficient way
  

• Communication with customers from all EMEA (Europe Middle East Africa) regions.
  

• Administration and review of all necessary data along daily drawing production
  

• Continuous attendance at various trainings to ensure actualization of knowledge regarding the technicalities and process
  

Requirements

Required Qualification

• Autodesk AutoCAD (or equivalent software) knowledge and experience 2D
  

• Fluent English language
  

• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
  

• Attention to detail
  

• Customer service experience
  

• Ability to work in a team
  

Desired Characteristics:

• Diploma in engineering
  

• Additional language knowledge any of the followings: French German Spanish Italian Russian or Polish
  

• Strong oral and written communication skills
  

• Ability to document and plan small projects
  

• Good time management skills. Ability to work in shortdeadline environment
  

• Autodesk Vault knowledge
