Recruitment Apple Lovers is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Frenchspeaking Sales Retention Agent for their Limassol office.

Position: Sales retention Agent

Location: Limassol Cyprus

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary commissions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the companys products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert high quality leads into longlasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
• Keep up to date with the financial markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in French both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Previous Retention experience in Forex & CFD Industry is mandatory
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objectionhandling skills.
