Head of High School

Responsibilities:
The Head of Section will provide leadership and oversight for a specific grade level or division within the school.

Key responsibilities include managing academic programs collaborating with teachers to ensure effective curriculum delivery fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment and promoting the schools mission and values. The Head of Section will work closely with school administrators parents and students to enhance the overall educational experience ensuring
alignment with the (IGCSE/A Level) framework.

Requirements:
Masters degree in Education or a related field.
Extensive experience in teaching within the IGCSE curriculum.
Proven leadership experience preferably in a head of section or similar role.
Thorough understanding of IGCSE/A Level educational standards and practices.
Strong organisational and managerial skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of educators.
Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Knowledge of educational trends and best practices in international schools.
