Responsibilities:As the leader of your team you will significantly contribute to the success of your location by managing various office operations and programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership: Support and lead your team of practice staff by promoting a positive culture of professionalism and growth.
- Patient Care: Provide the best care to patients participating in our various Med Spa programs for wellness.
- Practice Operations: Direct practice administration including appointments registrations record management and deposits.
- Compliance: Adherence to regulations policies and procedures.
- Accounts Receivable: Manage billing and AR Collections
- Inventory: Manage product and supply inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Reporting: Utilize and produce reports from system for practice performance.
- Training: Support new and longterm staff with learning opportunities.
- Practice Growth: Work leads to continue growth of the practice including providing consultations prior to joining.
Requirements:You are best suited for this role if you have:
- Bachelors degree in management business administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in a practice management role
- Team leadership experience and skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills (in person and in writing).
- Problem solving organization and prioritization skills
- Proficiencies in computer and practice management systems
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
