Job Summary:

As a member of our Testing Lab / Quality team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our transformers. You will be responsible for operating testing equipment performing electrical tests and troubleshooting any issues to maintain our highquality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating transformer testing equipment daily testing polarity insulation tolerance levels amps volts and resistances.
• Ensuring transformers meet quality standards both externally and internally.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting failed transformers using graphs and charts and troubleshooting test equipment as needed.
• Repairing electrical equipment if necessary and ensuring all testing equipment is in good working order.
• Assisting other areas within the department as needed to maintain workflow and meet production goals.
• Reading and comprehending graphs charts and diagrams to assess transformer performance.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience with electrical testing equipment and electrical testing procedures is required.
• Strong mathematical skills and the ability to follow written and verbal procedures are essential.
• Must be able to read and interpret graphs diagrams and charts.
• Must prioritize safety in all aspects of the job.
• Must have strong problemsolving skills and be a team player with high standards for quality.
• Must have a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining highquality standards.
• Technical training or certifications in electrical testing are preferred.

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to work the target shift of Monday – Thursday 5:00 pm – 3:30 am. There is the potential for weekends/overtime per business needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience. $22 $25 per hr

This role is located 100% onsite in Panama City Florida near the airport.
