Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Export Manager to join our beverages division in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our export operations ensuring compliance with international regulations and driving business growth in global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Export Strategy Development: Develop and implement export strategies to maximize international sales and market penetration.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities market trends and competitive landscape in target countries.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients distributors and partners to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all export activities comply with international trade laws regulations and standards.
- Logistics Management: Oversee the logistics and supply chain processes to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of products to international markets.
- Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets budgets and forecasts for international markets.
- Product Customization: Work closely with the product development team to customize products according to market demands and customer preferences.
- Documentation: Manage all necessary export documentation including contracts shipping documents and customs declarations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the export team providing guidance training and support to achieve departmental goals.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on export activities performance metrics and market analysis to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration International Business Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in export management preferably within the beverages industry.
- Indepth knowledge of international trade laws regulations and customs procedures.
- Strong understanding of global beverage markets and trends.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in using export management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Multilingual skills are an advantage.
