Your Day to Day As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt attention for our VIP guests from arrival through departure. You will ensure that VIPs and members consistently receive all benefits, and repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service. What We Need From You Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: • Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort • Knowledge in Opera PMS is essential • Strong communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English • Additional language is an added advantage • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multitask What We Offer We’ll reward all your hard work with competitive salary and benefits.
