Join our Digital Industry as the Commercial Project Manager - Finance and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow. You‘ll make an impact by: • Ensures the accuracy of project books and records, including compliance with Siemens-FRG plus the local IFRS requirements. Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities. • Project Financial planning/Forecasting • Supports the Project Manager (PM) that the financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care and optimizes the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments. • Ensures taking out of relevant insurances and executes insurance claims. • Together with Project Manager proactively setting up a contract and claim management in the project, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager. • Supports the PM in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities. • Represents the project in the relevant decision boards internally and externally. • Supports implementation of business administration procedures and requirements such as in regard to commercial terms & conditions. • Supervise the setup, submission, and processing of Payment Claims towards customer and from nominated supplier and subcontractors, including certificates and invoices.
