Sambla Group is seeking a talented Senior CRO Specialist to be part of leading our Conversion Rate Optimization efforts and elevate our digital presence. As a key member of our emerging CRO team you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online platforms improving user experiences and driving conversion rates to new heights. You will also have a big impact in defining our optimization process and emerging team of CRO.
The new optimization group sits within the design team that is a part of the Product department at Sambla Group. The team is a group of UX researchers UI designers and design specialists focusing on optimizing the full customer experience in the digital journey.
Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy to enhance user engagement and drive conversion across our digital channels
Conduct thorough analysis of user behavior employing A/B testing and other experimentation methods to identify opportunities for optimization
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Marketing Design and Development to implement CRO initiatives and improve the overall user journey
Conversion rates in our onboarding flows and self service journey
Crosssell rates
Opt in rates to e.g. marketing and PSD2 consents
Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data from various sources draw insights and make datadriven recommendations
Lead the optimization of landing pages and user flows in both app and web ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Build and launch experiments on your own for simple frontend tests and collaborate with Developments teams to design more complicated tests
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies integrating best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
Proven experience as a senior CRO professional with a track record of successfully optimizing conversion rates

Conversion Funnel Analysis
Heatmap Analysis
Heat meet and ideation brainstorming
Indepth knowledge of tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics Hotjar and GrowthBook to validate tracking and set up A/B testing frameworks
Basic technical skills including a basic understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript to enable building simple A/B tests on your own without development support
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Leadership and mentoring qualities
Creative thinking and problemsolving skills to identify barriers to conversion and propose innovative solutions.
A curious approach to staying updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices.
