The Role
You will focus on two main areas: building strong relationships with optometrists and supporting audiologists to meet or exceed their annual budgets.
Key Focus Areas:
Provide exceptional service and support to our business partners and their teams to create optimal conditions for success.
Bring hearing care to life in each new partner practice within a defined 6week launch plan.
Ensure a coordinated impactful and positive launch experience for each new partner practice facilitating audiologist involvement.
Promote momentum and rapid hearing care uptake in the first 36 months from launch through team engagement and delivery of exceptional hearing care and marketing plans.
Manage and monitor our 12month marketing and business development plan for each new practice to ensure growth sales to target and success.
Conduct biannual 360º reviews in each partner practice to agree on strategies for continuous improvement.
Monitor the implementation of the business and marketing plan to ensure ROI.
Identify potential new partners.
Support audiologists to become respected valued and integrated team members of each partner practice.
Facilitate the delivery of exceptional audiological services that exceed patient and partner expectations and achieve sales targets.
Assist audiologists in engaging effectively with optical teams to ensure a proactive and positive team approach to hearing care services aiming for 2 First Hearing Assessments (FHAs) per clinic day per practice.
Support audiologists in ongoing practice management and achieving sales targets through the 11 Steps to Success Program.
Implement strategies for the development and improvement of audiological services

Foster a strong sense of team membership and motivation for success within your team of audiologists.
