Job Description
o Specific use of technology tools for projects data analysis scheduling software in MS Projects MSPowerpoint MSExcel and other reporting tools
o Knowledge of construction sector metrics casting cycles labour and mechanical equipment productivities others
o Perform schedule updates and ongoing schedule tracking
o Analyze deviations and report on corrective/catchup actions
o Prepare 30/60/90 days look ahead plans
o Calculate resource requirement against the balance to complete timelines
o Conduct float analysis and balance to complete projections
o Reestimate the required productivities/runrate to catchup for delays
o Perform Critical Path & Near Critical Path Analysis
o Assist the contractor in preparing L4/L5 schedules on rolling basis
o Assist in Logistics and Inventory space planning work front coordination and monsoon preparedness planning
o Maintain engineering procurement construction progress as per MIS protocol (Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly)
