Title: Business Analyst

Location: Rensselaer NY

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Mandatory Requirements:

• You should have prior experience working within a NYS Local Department of Social Services (LDSS) utilizing either the Welfare Management System (WMS) and/or Benefits Issuance Control System (BICS).
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct support to users of WMS or BICS either through system operation or utilizing data generated by these systems.
• Experience in interpreting child welfare regulations pertaining to practice and program outcomes particularly in the context of WMS/BICS and the populations they serve.
• Proven track record of leading or participating in projects involving key social services systems such as WMS BICS Automated Claiming System (ACS) CONNECTIONS or other Child Welfare systems used by LDSS.
• Prior experience working within an NYS LDSS using CONNECTIONS the states Child Welfare application is essential.
