Job Description

The SQUAKE Solution Suite gives access to precise carbon calculations for all types of activity including air road sea accommodations warehousing and more according to national and international standards.Carbon removal and reduction is automated along the purchase flow from vendor selection (Sustainable Aviation Fuels Direct Air Capture reforestation) to inventory management invoicing and credit retirement. All via the marketing leading API or nocode.

Tasks

YOUR ROLE

  • Set mutual goals monitor and guide as needed
  • Understanding partner growth from the existing account base through crossselling and upselling
  • Guide new partners through API integration and business readiness to launch successfully
  • Prospect for growth opportunities within your existing client base through referral and other networking initiatives
  • Opening and Managing new B2B customer streams (including channel account management) ie B2B2B
  • Analyze product usage data to actively take necessary actions to improve product adoption and reduce churn; Evangelise and guide customers to implement improvements
  • Embracing the powerful features of our CRM system
  • Actively promote and drive the market introduction of new innovative products and services ensuring their successful adoption and implementation
  • Evangelise client feedback and needs working closely with Product to bring them to life

Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND MINDSET

  • 5 years Account Management experience including enterprise clients and or/channel partners
  • Proven experience expanding accounts through a consultative approach
  • Be adept at negotiating contracts
  • Fast paced growth mindset with a cando attitude
  • Agile with a tendency towards framing ways of work towards scalability
  • Strong CRM management skills
  • API and or travel industry experience a plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have worked in tech (SaaS) / complex B2B sales
