Main Responsibilities:

• Reablement
• Companionship
• Providing personal care duties
• Administering and managing medication
• Manual handling using equipment where required
• Flexibly work a range of shift patterns including alternate weekends
• Help in accessing the community and promoting customer health and wellbeing.
