Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential customers through outbound calls emails and social media
• Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline ensuring timely followup and progression of opportunities
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients highlighting the features and benefits of our ERP solutions
• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor products

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales preferably in the ERP or software industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of ERP products and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools; experience with specific CRM software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A proactive and resultsdriven approach to sales
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment
• Willing to work in office
• Fluent in English
