Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone email and occasionally inperson interactions.
  
• Review and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  
• Address any invoicing queries or discrepancies promptly collaborating with relevant departments as needed to resolve issues.
  
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and assistance.
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and sales opportunities are maximised.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role preferred.
  
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
  
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
