ROLE SUMMARY

Seasoned Automation Quality Assurance professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in QTP/UFT Selenium Automation testing. The role involves leading a QA team across onsite and offshore locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system integration and regression testing with a focus on Guidewire Policy Center applications.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a QA team across onsite and offshore locations.
• Design develop and maintain automation scripts using QTP/UFT Selenium for Guidewire and Portal applications.
• Execute automated test cases assess outcomes and document test results.
• Analyze system specifications to extract test requirements and develop comprehensive Test Cases/Scripts.
• Partner with QA engineers to formulate and implement an effective automation strategy.
• Identify document and track bugs and errors communicating them to the Development teams.
• Engage with crossfunctional teams to promote Quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Act as single point of contact for all testing for the initiative and facilitate testing efforts for releases across multiple applications.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience leading a team.
• Proficient in QTP/UFT Selenium Automation with a proven track record as an expert in the UFT Automation tool.
• Familiarity with a variety of automation frameworks including Hybrid and Keyworddriven approaches.
• Proficient in VB Scripting.
• Experience in automating interactions with thirdparty applications tools and interfaces especially those integrated with SAP and web portals.
• Prior experience with Microsoft TFS and Test Manager (MTM) is highly desirable.
• Specific Quality Assurance experience with Guidewire solutions in the P&C Policy lifecycle is essential.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in computer science computer engineering electrical engineering or equivalent practical experience.
