Sales Manager

Our client is an awardwinning dealer group representing some of the best OEMs in the sector.

We are currently looking for an engaging talented and highly motivated General Manager to join the team.

The Sales Manager will be leading the sales team within a prestige brand showroom in Chiswick. You will undoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. As a customerfocused manager you will inspire your team to retain loyal customers whilst attracting new business through exceptional customer relations. You will be able to enhance the current team by providing support coaching and motivation to them.

You have a customercentric mindset strong communication skills and an empathetic instinct which allows you to understand the needs of people around you. You are full of energy selfmotivated and make things happen never settling for just the status quo.

Experience

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for Prestige brands. For this role you must have the following:

Experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry with demonstrable experience of leadership and management.

A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards consumer legislation and trade practices.

Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results.

Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Up to 45000 Bonus. OTE 65k
