Job Description:

• The Reliability Engineer performs advanced inspection and audits to track analyze and report on materials processes and products to ensure conformance to companys quality standards.
• Conducting measurement systems analysis; gathering analyzing and communicating nonconformance data.
• Analyzing nonconformance data and maintaining quality system documentation.
• Participating in and offering technical support to internal and external audits; following up response of corrective action from audit.
• Work in a team environment to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention reduction in variation and waste and provide for continuous improvements in meeting all customer requirements.
• Asset reliability engineering
• Asset troubleshooting / Electrical Engineering support
• Asset availability data pareto & deep dive into RCCA
• Lifting device design
• Demonstrates collaborative teamwork flexibility & adaptability.
• Other duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager / Supervisor / Team Leader as applicable.

Background & Experience:

• Previous full time work experience of 5 years as a Reliability Engineer in a factory environment in Heavy Equipment / Agricultural Equipment industry.
