Duration : FullTime Role
Job Description:
- Guide IT teams to manage and support their PagerDuty alerts teams schedules escalation policies and automations.
- Deliver best practice trainings to assist with the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with other teams across IT to develop a new set of patterns to use for PagerDuty.
- Responsible for the development of event management rules.
- Ability to turn requirements into technical implementation and operational management
