Job Title: Dynamics 365 Programmer
Job Location: Los Angeles CA 90020 (100% Remote)

Skills Preferred:
- Have excellent technical skills such as working with digital tools software and networking systems. They also need to have a working knowledge of security principles and safe practices.
- Be able to quickly identify and understand complex technical problems and then find creative solutions to them.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dynamics 365 platform including its modules customization options and integration capabilities.
- Customization and Configuration: Ability to customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service to meet specific business requirements including configuring entities forms views and workflows.
- Power Platform Skills: Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate for building custom apps and automating business processes within Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Integration Expertise: Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Service with other systems and services such as Microsoft Azure Office 365 or thirdparty applications using APIs and connectors.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Strong problemsolving skills to identify and resolve issues within Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions including debugging custom code and resolving configuration errors.
Experience Required:
- This classification must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in electronic data processing systems study design and programming.
- At least 4 years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
Experience Preferred
- 5 to 7 years of experience in software development projects.
- Needs to be able to design Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
- 5 to 7 years of experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 (Data verse) custom applications.
- 3 to 5 years experience using Azure DevOps.
- 3 to 5 years experience using Azure Cloud Platform.
- Experience in merging multiple systems into a single cohesive system.
- 5 to seven years experience in integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Service with other systems and services such as Microsoft Azure Office 365 or thirdparty applications using APIs and connectors.
- 5 to 7 years troubleshooting and debugging: Strong problemsolving skills to identify and resolve issues within Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions including debugging custom code and resolving configuration errors.
Education Required:
- This classification requires the possession of a bachelors degree in an ITrelated or Engineering field.
- Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a yearforyear basis.
Additional Information:
- This is a remote position. CA residents preferred.
- Candidate will be required to live scan (fingerprinting) as part of the onboarding selection.
