Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for RN Interventional Radiology. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Carbondale IL 62901

Assignment Start Date: 6/3/2024

13 weeks Days 12hour shift 36 hours guaranteed

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess patients to determine their mental physical and spiritual needs.
• Assesses plans implements and evaluates an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
• Provides explanations and instructions to patient/responsible person.
• Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.
• Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
• Participate in continuing education.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Must have at least two years of nursing room experience
• Previous Interventional Radiology experience preferred

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• IL State Registered Nurse License is required
• BLS/BCLS is required

EMR System: EPIC knowledge/experience preferred
