Overview:
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. Our client is a health insurance company. It offers different types of health care coverage plans that include individual and family dental and vision plans for employers etc.

ENGAGEMENT DESCRIPTION:
- Delivery Lead/ Project Manager Role
- Accountable to ensure the scope of the workstream is understood and implemented
- Partners with Business Lead and IT Leads to ensure the workstream scope and value goals are successfully delivered
- Enables business / IT delivery alignment and coordination during project execution
- Oversees overall technical delivery of solutions based on outlined requirements and delivery estimates
- Serves as the IT point of contact for business leads during project planning and execution
- Obtains full funding estimates from all IT areas/vendors supporting with the workstream solution at the appropriate times to meet Program needs
- Finalizes IT and Business resource assignments and allocations
- Monitors delivery of workstream capabilities schedule budget and defect resolution impacts ensuring the project delivery is successful
- Oversees technical architecture and solutions as determined/described by the Solution Architect and works with engaged IT teams to support technical discussions
- Understands subworkstream solution(s) current state/ future state and documents the flows in more detail than CA/CAD
- Facilitates discussions amongst IT teams ensuring IT asset solutions align to the overall solution architecture and description ensuring asset design documents are completed and where requested solution design documentation is created
- Understands the IT solution for the subworkstream identifies dependencies between deliverables or technical teams coordinates the technical dependencies communicates those to the subworkstream
- Provides guidance regarding existing and proposed system functionality related to their area of expertise
- Researches requests and provides direction to other team members
- Analyzes requirements and provides feedback regarding how the existing functions will meet a requested capability
- Completes project deliverables aligned with the program timeline
Education/Certifications Include:
- PMP
- Bachelors Degree
