This role involves overseeing 3 to 5 Regional Operations Managers across five regions in Florida. As a Director of Security Operations your role is to ensure ARDENTs mission of Professionalizing The Security & Protection Industry is seamlessly executed throughout all of our operations.
Salary: $75000 $85000
Bonus: Performancebased annual bonuses of up to $30000 tied to key performance indicators such as client satisfaction team performance and operational excellence.

Leadership and Organizational Oversight:
Guide and support Regional Operations Managers in aligning their objectives with the company s mission and values.
Foster an environment of continuous learning and development keeping the focus on personal and professional growth.
Oversee and ensure adherence to SOPs across all regions.
Facilitate operational streamlining efforts that increase efficiency and improve client service quality.
Serve as the senior point of contact for all clients building relationships and ensuring continued satisfaction and trust.
Work closely with Regional Operations Managers to identify and capitalize on opportunities for client relationship improvement and expansion.
Oversee budget planning and financial reporting for all regions working closely with the finance department.
Implement costcontrol measures to optimize resource allocation and utilization.
Establish and enforce quality assurance metrics to maintain the highest level of service.
Continuously review performance reports and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance Director to ensure compliance in all requirements to meet ARDENT standards.
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aimed at achieving longterm operational excellence.
Collaborate with other senior leaders to align operational goals with companywide objectives.
Ensure that all regions maintain adequate equipment and uniform inventory and that vehicle maintenance schedules are strictly followed.
