Job Description:

As a Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clientsexternal suppliers meet and exceed specified standards thereby preventing customer disturbances and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support activities related to supplier quality assurance including auditing supplier sites and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to collect quality data and verify capacity.
• Conduct PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) to ensure supplier compliance.
• Participate in supplier selection processes in coordination with procurement.
• Analyze and take action on 8D reports for effective problem resolution.

Requirements:

• Universitylevel education or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in manufacturing or related fields.
• Familiarity with R&D plant operations purchasing procedures and ISO/IATF 16949 standards.
• Proficiency in quality assurance methods and procedures.
• Leadership skills to drive supplier engagement and resolve concerns effectively.
• Ability to work crossfunctionally and independently with a structured targetdriven and analytical approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency; proficiency in Swedish is highly advantageous.
• Cooperative mindset with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
• Willingness to travel to supplier sites and represent as an ambassador
