Professional Experience

Experience in fintech or financial services: At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry to understand the regulatory and compliance environment.

Proven track record with Oracle BRM: Direct experience with Oracle BRM implementations upgrades or maintenance ideally within a fintech environment.

10 years of Project Management experience:

Plan and implement projects

Help define project scope goals and deliverables

Define tasks and required resources

Collect and manage project team

Manage budget

Allocate project resources

Create a schedule and project timeline

Track deliverables

Support and direct team

Lead quality assurance

Monitor and report on project progress

Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions

Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

Evaluate and assess the result of the project

Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments: As fintech often involves crossborder transactions and multiregional compliance issues experience in international settings is a plus. Technical Skills

Oracle BRM expertise:

Functional understanding of Oracle BRM functionalities rating billing & Invoicing system processes and how it integrates with other systems.

IT and software development knowledge: Familiarity with software development life cycles database management and possibly some coding experience.

Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and user requirements to ensure that the Oracle BRM system meets the business goals effectively.

Functional knowledge of Legal and Regulatory requirements of Billing system implementation in Brazil. Soft Skills Strong leadership and communication skills: Essential for managing diverse teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Problemsolving skills: Ability to address technical or projectrelated issues as they arise with innovative and effective solutions

. Adaptability and resilience: The capacity to handle the fastpaced and sometimes unpredictable nature of fintech projects.
