Emotional Utility Beverage

EUB beverages boost native nutrients in the brain while adding powerful external ones to help optimize the chemical messaging that impacts mood and cognition.

What You Will Do

We are looking for a passionate and motivated marketing leader who will have full accountability for the development and execution of the marketing strategy from building brand and category awareness to driving sales in retail and online. You will work with the CEO and crossfunctionally to establish a brand and marketing vision while also executing tactically.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand and product marketing strategies to drive awareness engagement and sales.
  • Lead all aspects of annual marketing planning including digital activation advertising shopper marketing advocacy PR/Influencer/community etc. with an omnichannel mindset.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in existing and new markets.
  • Oversee digital and social marketing efforts to increase brand awareness while maximizing sales ROI.
  • Lead internal team including a Social Media Manager and Field Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work closely with the CEO to ensure the brand's vision and values are reflected in all marketing activities.

With a keen understanding of brand strategy and consumer behavior you have a proven ability to develop and execute strategic and impactful marketing strategies. You are a high energy actionoriented manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 57 years proven success in brand management and shopper marketing with a small highgrowth food or beverage company.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to drive growth.
  • Crosschannel experience across retail and ecommerce.
  • A keen understanding of marketing and financial fundamentals and strong ability to execute against them.
  • Experience with consumer insights and analytics and leveraging data (i.e. SPINS Nielsen) to drive marketing strategy and product velocity.
