Our client is a Family owned distribution of Speciality Fresh Foods to the retail and catering trade in Ireland based in North Cork (Mitchelstown).
Now hiring an experienced HR and Operations Administrator to work alongside the Managing Director.
Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a first point of contact for the Managing Director.
- Diary Management including scheduling and researching
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and Management Team.
- New Employee onboarding procedures including managing internal employee portal
- Assist with sales reports and inputting of data
- Management of mandatory training scheduling for employees
- Operational Admin duties including post meeting note taking create presentation slides
Requirements
- Atleast 2 years in a similar role
- HR Degree or experience with HR Admin processes and procedures
- Ability to multi task and manage deadlines of various projects at once
- Excellent communication experience with senior stakeholders
- Microsoft word excel powerpoint experience is a must
