We are looking to hire a Team Leader for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 35 years of work experience in the Travel and Tourism Industry with a focus on luxury and highend markets.
- Good working knowledge of tourismbased operations including itinerary creation tour costing and destination management.
- Passion for travel and profound knowledge of inbound luxury/highend segment tourism.
- Proficiency in French language preferred.
- Excellent command of English and computer literacy.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively promote destinations and close deals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Proactive problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively sell our destinations as premier holiday destinations showcasing their unique offerings and experiences to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with a diverse range of suppliers customers and agents fostering partnerships that enhance our service offerings and expand our reach.
- Uphold the companys quality standards in all dealings adhering to established SOP standards to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.
- Gather and evaluate relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts and agent relationships overseeing bookings reservations and other transactions to streamline processes and optimize revenue opportunities.
- Ensure problemfree customer service by proactively identifying and addressing issues anticipating client needs and implementing solutions to enhance the overall travel experience.
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets meet performance metrics and deliver exceptional service to our clients providing guidance support and training as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends market developments and competitor activities leveraging insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales marketing and operations teams to align strategies and initiatives and drive business growth.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
