Role Summary
To provide support to the companys Finance Department by performing a variety of clerical accounting functions such as compiling and sorting documents calculating reconciling and verifying amounts and posting transactions to accounts.
To handle all reception duties (when receptionist not in attendance).
Meeting objectives by understanding the Companys goals and working towards achieving the set goals.
Key Responsibilities
Issuing receipts of incoming cheques cash or internet banking transactions.
Prepare the offices cash every consecutive day by preparing money to be deposited by reconciling the cash sheet with the individuals responsible for the cash box.
To reconcile the licenses account on a daily basis including issuing the relative transactions on the accounts package.
Checking the Antes Accounts Inbox and distribute any emails to the attention of the required person/s.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Europe Senior Management or the Core Team.
Answering calls in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
Greet clients and visitors with a positive helpful attitude and assisting them finding their way around to meet brokers.
Sorting and distributing both incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain stationery stock records; get quotations or order stationery groceries and other items as requested.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks and performing other adhoc administrative duties.

Building and maintaining business relationships while maintaining excellent communication skills with all stakeholders.
To show accuracy and attention to details and have good verbal and written skills and good interpersonal skills.
Be reliable and honest by complying with ethical standards as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
Comply with financial policies and regulations while keeping up to date with regulatory changes that may impact the company.
Key Success Factors
Ensuring that the Finance Manager/HOF is fully informed of all developments and possible conflicts in the department.
Excellent administration duties and organisational skills
Attend regular training sessions to maximise ones knowledge and abilities to perform their role at their maximum potential.
Keep all documentation uptodate and prepared for regular Compliance reviews.
