Job Description

Position Title: Oracle Fusion HR Help Desk (HRHD) Implementation Consultant
Job Summary: The Oracle Fusion HR Help Desk (HRHD) Implementation Consultant plays a critical role in the successful implementation and deployment of the Oracle Fusion Human Resources Help Desk module. This position involves collaborating with clients to understand their HR service delivery requirements configuring the HRHD module to meet their needs and providing guidance throughout the implementation process. The consultant will work closely with project teams stakeholders and endusers to ensure the effective utilization of the Oracle Fusion HRHD solution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with clients to gather requirements assess business processes and identify opportunities for HR service improvement.
2. Configure the Oracle Fusion HRHD module based on client specifications including case management workflows service request templates and knowledge base setup.
3. Collaborate with project managers functional consultants and technical teams to ensure alignment of HRHD implementation activities with project timelines and objectives.
4. Conduct workshops training sessions and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and gather feedback from stakeholders.
5. Provide expert guidance and best practices on leveraging the Oracle Fusion HRHD module to streamline HR service delivery processes and enhance enduser experience.
6. Customize HRHD reports and dashboards to provide realtime insights into service performance case resolution metrics and user satisfaction levels.
7. Assist in data migration activities including data cleansing mapping and validation to ensure smooth transition to the Oracle Fusion HRHD platform.
8. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate the HRHD module with other systems such as core HR payroll and talent management solutions.
9. Act as a liaison between clients and Oracle support teams to escalate and resolve technical issues system bugs and enhancement requests.
10. Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HRHD product updates patches and new features to provide proactive support and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Prior experience (5 years) in implementing Oracle Fusion HRHD module.
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Applications specifically in the HRHD module with handson experience in configuration customization and integration.
Strong understanding of HR service delivery processes case management principles and help desk best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients facilitate workshops and present solutions effectively.
Proven track record of delivering HR technology projects on time within budget and meeting client expectations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Certification in Oracle Fusion Applications or relevant HR technology is highly desirable.
